Via Stephen´s Web.

Gary Woodill reviewed the evolution of learning management systems in the Canadian HR Reporter. According to the author, "There is considerable debate as to whether learning systems have a future. The trend is towards learners tracking their own learning results, using either personal learning environments or e-portfolios. These technologies are under the control of the learner, rather than an organization. This makes them more portable if an employee moves from one company to another".
